Abstract
The Proximate Analysis/Quality evaluation carried out was Moisture/Dry Matter Content Determination, Ash Content Determination, Ether Extract/Crude Fats Determination, Crude Fiber Determination, Nitrogen Free Extract/Carbohydrates and Crude Protein Content DeterminationT. he Modular Aeroponics yam had higher Crude Protein Content and Ether Extract Content than the commercial water yam but the commercial water yam had higher Nitrogen Free Extract content than the modular Aeroponics yam. The Modular Aeroponics yam had higher Ether Extract, Crude Protein and Dry Matter content than the commercial white yam but the Nitrogen Free Extract was higher in the commercial white yam than in the Modular Aeroponics yam.
