American Journal of Mental Health Research is an Open Access journal committed to providing immediate, free, and unrestricted online access to all published articles. As the journal does not receive revenue from subscriptions or pay-per-view services, publication costs are supported through an Article Processing Charge (APC).
The APC covers the costs associated with editorial assessment, peer review coordination, manuscript production, copyediting, typesetting, online publication, website hosting, DOI assignment, indexing support, digital archiving, and administrative services. This funding model enables the journal to maintain a high standard of scholarly publishing while ensuring global accessibility of published research.
The APC is payable only after the manuscript has been accepted for publication. No submission fee is charged.
Publication Fee: USD 1200 per accepted manuscript.
