Abstract
Shock is a medical condition resulting from sudden failure of the circulation, leading to insufficient blood flow and lack of necessary nutrients for tissues. All forms of shock involve inadequate blood circulation, prompting the body to initiate various compensatory mechanisms to sustain the circulation of essential organs.
